Communication

We're based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and structure our working hours to overlap with North American, Australian, and European business days. Updates happen asynchronously by email and through your team's existing project-tracking tool, with a scheduled video call at the start and end of each sprint.

We use AI-assisted tooling to scaffold boilerplate and catch obvious issues early — but every line that ships is reviewed by a senior engineer before it reaches you. The tooling speeds up typing, not judgment.
