Scope

These terms govern your use of this website. They are separate from — and don't replace — the signed agreement (statement of work, master services agreement, or similar) that governs any actual engagement between you and Rosshi Tech. Where the two conflict for a specific engagement, the signed agreement controls.

Use of this site

You may browse this site and use the contact form to reach us for legitimate business inquiries. You agree not to use the site to submit false information, attempt to bypass its spam or security protections, or interfere with its normal operation.

Content and intellectual property

The content on this site — copy, design, and the case-study descriptions of work our engineers have delivered — belongs to Rosshi Tech unless stated otherwise. Client-delivered project work is a separate matter: as stated on our pricing page, clients own all source code and IP delivered as part of an engagement.

Case studies and attribution

Work described in our case studies was delivered by our engineers while employed at their prior employer(s), as disclosed in each case study's attribution line, not by Rosshi Tech as a contracting entity. Client names and logos appear only where we've confirmed permission to use them.

No warranty on site content

Information on this site — including pricing ranges, process descriptions, and timelines — is provided for general guidance and is not a binding offer. Specific terms for a project are set out in that project's signed agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rosshi Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit liability arising under a separately signed project agreement.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
