Fixed-price project
A defined scope, architecture, and price agreed before work starts. The default model for projects with a clear boundary — a new system, a specific integration, a migration.
Monthly retainer
Ongoing work against an evolving backlog — ideal for platforms with continuous feature or maintenance needs rather than a single defined project.
Dedicated capacity
A senior engineer (or small team) allocated to your roadmap on an ongoing basis, working as an extension of your team.

Project scoping by practice area
Every project begins with a discovery session and an architecture proposal. We provide fixed-price quotes based on verified technical requirements — never blind estimates or hidden fees.
Scoped against your gateway count, payment rails (card, MFS, EMI), and compliance requirements after a technical discovery review.
Scoped module-by-module against defined data flows, organizational hierarchy, RBAC, and SSO integrations.
Scoped against defined page architectures, booking/commerce logic, and content management workflows.
Scoped based on existing schema complexity, query performance benchmarks, and data volume targets.
Scoped around defined component boundaries and decoupled services so your system stays live in production throughout.
What's included

What's excluded
- · Third-party service and licensing fees (gateways, hosting, SaaS tools)
- · Work outside the agreed scope, unless quoted as a change request
- · Ongoing maintenance beyond the warranty period, unless on retainer
Milestones, payment, and change requests
Fixed-price projects are billed against milestones agreed during the architecture phase — typically an upfront deposit, one or more mid-project milestones, and a final payment on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts — no surprise line items on an invoice.
IP ownership
You own all source code and IP on delivery. Full transfer happens at final handover — there is no ambiguity about who owns what you paid for.
