Who we are

Rosshi Tech is a software engineering team based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it — including the rights afforded to you under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if you are located in the European Economic Area.

What we collect

When you use this site, we may collect:

  • Contact details you send when reaching out directly via email or WhatsApp.
  • Technical error data — if something breaks, our error-monitoring tool (Sentry) may capture technical details of the error, such as the page you were on and browser information, to help us fix it.

How we use it

Contact inquiries are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement you've agreed to with us. Error data is used to diagnose and fix technical issues.

Legal basis

Where GDPR applies, we process contact data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and, where an engagement proceeds, to take steps toward and perform a contract with you. We process error-monitoring data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving a secure, reliable website.

Data retention

We retain contact inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement and any period required afterward for legal or accounting purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see "Your rights" below.

International transfers

We are based in Bangladesh, and some of our processors operate infrastructure in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal data originating in the EEA outside of it, we rely on the transfer safeguards our processors provide as part of their own GDPR compliance.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies for advertising, tracking, or analytics.

Your rights

If GDPR or a similar data protection law applies to you, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Request a portable copy of your data.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our contact page.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
