For several years, he was the sole in-country representative for Balmir Services, a Canada-based apparel import business — managing relationships with garment factories and buying houses, negotiating pricing, overseeing quality control before shipment, and coordinating logistics from Bangladesh to Canada, all while acting as the direct point of contact for an owner based abroad who didn't speak the local language or English fluently.

That experience — operating with full autonomy, translating what a foreign client actually needs into what gets executed locally, and being accountable for the result — is exactly the role he plays now: making sure client requirements are understood correctly, communicated clearly to the development team, and delivered as promised.
